Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery provided the equipment is in its original packaging and unused condition.
Request an RMA Number
Contact our technical support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request detailing the reason for return.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronic components in their original anti-static bags and protective housing to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Documentation
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship the unit to our designated processing center via a tracked courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Our engineers will inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, after which a refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
